Re: Vibrations

Actually, and I can't quite believe this, my imagination is starting to stir
from these conversations. I can't add anything to the definition of homeopathy
but it makes me think of the "five star acupuncture" or as Vitoukous once
said, the laying on of hands of a highly spiritual person as comparable to
homeopathy. Or sound therapy.
I went to a seminar on sound therapy. The woman teaching had perfect pitch
and she could actually hear sounds that came from people(she had cable ears)
and she would mimic that sound to the person and it would raise their
vibration to the next chord. I think scientology works on some principle of
raising the vibration. I had a friend whose brother was some superstar in that
movement in the seventies and my five year old son had hurt himself and was
crying and the scientology brother told my son to show him exactly how he hurt
himself. He asked him to do it around 5 times...by the end of the 5 times, my
son had stopped crying and was no longer in pain.
The brother had some list of about 10-20 different human emotions with the
lowest vibration feeling on the bottom and one of their tricks was to get the
person to the next level of feeling...as an example and not a good one cause I
can't remember....let us say you were at anxiety and the next level was anger
and the level after that was irritability. They would do things to get the
person to the next level...not skipping any of the emotions. How they did that
I cannot remember. But I tried to get a copy of that list in the nineties and
noone knew where such a list was or that there was such a list.
But all these things seem to be about changing ones vibration. Music....I
bought one of sankaran's books a long time ago and it had cassettes for
certain music to raise the vibratory level of certain types. I prefer Vivaldi
or Shubert or certain arias where certain phrases absolutely send me into a
luscious happiness. I could never listen to a whole opera...just a few phrases
here and there that "sent" me.
Are these things all connected in some way? Is it the human condition to be
open to rise above wherever we are? And is it only homeopathy that allow that
to happen in a permanent way and then only because a particular homeopath
knows what they are doing? Any perfect definition of homeopathy should include
the definition of the nearly perfect homeopath?
An aside: I first started seeing a homeopathic doctor in the late
seventies in a small clinic where there was also another homeopath. When the
day was over the two homeopaths would come together for an hour and discuss
their patients. They would both learn from each other and sometimes arrive at
a different remedy based on their conversations. It would be so cool to see
something like that in operation(without any fighting) but with explanations
of how one arrived at a particular remedy. Why doesn't and why can't that
happen on a list like this?
