Irene,
I asked before but did not include do you mean the homeopathic remedy called "Calms". I thought Calms was homeopathic. If it is, that would be great since I am already tired of painting myself with magnesium chloride water (oil) and today is the first time in several days that I have done it. I presume that Calms would help me utilize better the magnesium that I am already getting and not have to go through this naked ritual {when no one except the dogs are home, and the dogs don't care (:->)}
Don't misunderstand, self painting with magnesium chloride works. I already feel better. But what a hassle.

Re: To Irene
Calm (no s, the magnesium related product) was not my suggestion, I do not like it, it is a magnesium-citrate making product.
..........
There is also another product called Calms (wth an s). That has a mixup of four remedes in it, thus by defntion not a homeopathic remedy.
Calms is make by Hylands, who makes homeopathc remedies.
You can not get a nutrient (magnesium) from a homeopathic remedy.
Namaste,
Irene
