leaking mucus from bowel

Any suggestions for this one symptom of leaking mucus from the anus. She has a small pile that pops out and she thinks this is the cause of it. She says the mucus smells foul but maybe it would from the anus. I have been treating this patient for many years and this is like a 1 remaining distressing symptoms for this sprightly 721 yr. old woman who still works full time in a very responsible , stressful job which she loves. Last remedy I gave her a month or so ago was Dys Co which removed the passing of stool with urination. We have tried Aloes and Mur Ac up to 200 which helped with the latter problem temporarily.
