Dear All,

There has to be a way for me to thank so many people helping with the legal issue I am up against, and which is ongoing.
ALL the support is greatly appreciated, thank you for discussing and exposing the issue too.

I am advised not to write on groups, forums, etc during the case. So I am trying here to say the minimum, starting with:
THANK YOU for all the support offered!

Please know: WA State, as plaintiff, has downloaded internet statements I have made in various forums, including ones requiring membership, in multiple countries, and placed them in their documentation to use against me. So....please do *not* send *anything* to the States/AVMA during this case, as their job as plaintiff, is to look for ways to use things against me.

Supporting emails or letters etc are most welcome however, to go to my lawyer who will know best how to use them. It is he who is planning the case *for* me as respondent. He is happy to receive letters of support by email or regular mail. (Please be sure to include the state/country where you are located.)

Summary of legal situation:

My Information consults are styled around this statement that all clients agree in writing up front:

"Please know that I am not a licensed veterinarian (DVM), but a veterinary homeopath (D.Vet.Hom). So my training excludes surgery and does not allow me to write prescriptions, diagnose and treat in this country/state of WA. You will be doing any treatment based on advice, information and recommendations from me that you choose to use or not. I shall recommend you see your vet for certain things if needed and it is always your prerogative to do so"

The specific allegations against me are:
* that I "offered to treat an animal patient for a fee in about July 2012" without a vet license.
and
* that what I do is "against the public interest and welfare"

These allegations have been filed against me by WA State as plaintiff,
in response to complaints filed against me in three states and with AVMA,
by a Colorado Vet (who is protected as a "whistle-blower").

Irene, I think NCH does some legal support. Are you in touch with them?
