homeopathy use in horticulture

I remember reading a long time ago use of low potencies of
Pulsatilla and borax being used for fruit trees which were not
yielding fruit. My recent efforts to find the refernce on the Net
have not yielded any clue.Is any reader familiar with such
applications of homeopathy?
