i am looking for top 10 Differentiating creteria for "Individualization" for example Thirst ,hunger,motion,sleep etc.
i mean basis for "Differentiating" among remedies.Please guide.

This is back to front. You cannot do homeopathy that way.
You are trying to match a remedy to a patient - it's backwards - you need to match the patient to a remedy.
SO:
You need the top symptoms of relevance for the patient's situation - as step one (of many steps).
Eventually you will use those patient symptoms to lead you to a remedy that contains them.

You cannot do it back to front.
It would be like saying: If three flowers are green it means all flowers are green.
