Have any UK homeopaths on the list sought legal advice on where we stand as
regards the 2001 act? Apparently it's hard to get a straight answer from the
Department but there may have been cases that have set a precedent.
Concerns are accessibilityof notes to patients and the need to register if
have hand written notes and/or stored repertorisations and/or entries in
computer address book.
