Bleached sugar

Post by jnanapipe »

The challenge of refined sugar is also in terms of mineralization of the body. Specifically, Chromium,Magnesium and Zinc are present in natural carbohydrates such as brown rice and so on.Sugar when refined looses these minerals, which support the actions of the pancreas. From thence arises hypoglycaemia and then progressively diabetes. I do not contradict the previous posts in any sense,I am in total agreement, but the mineralization of the body is but one aspect of the bleached sugar scandal.
With reference to forms of sugar such as blackstrap molasses and dehydrated cane sugar, sugar is a form of grass, and also, whole grains such as brown rice and unrefined wheat like cracked wheat, etc.,are all grasses. These grasses contain minerals which support our digestion of them.Remove minerals, and digestion is challenged,we are challenged allover the body, ,diabetes, and the cascade of troubles arises.
I spent timne in India where guda and jaggery (forms of very natural unrefined brown sugar like turbinado)are eaten by everyone, but they mustneeds eat refined rice. This is tradition. In the winter,it got cooler so I wanted some vitamin C,and found it in the leaves of tamarind, which are sour like tamarind. I just ate them but the natives thought I was mad. You must think: where are my minerals, where are my other nutrients! When you think that, health is easy.
