Dear Namrata, just had another thought - been slow thinking about this but
it has to be SPONGIA - valvular deficiency, virtually absent menses,
irresistible desire to sing, with excessive mirth followed by sadness,
(Phatak) and if you rep out the formication around the cervical region you
will find SPONGIA, it also has numbness in the limbs.
