ears plane travel

Hi all

I have to go on a sudden plane trip tomorrow and have had a feeling of
blockage in one of my ears for a few days. I am worried about the change of
pressure and don't want to end up with a problem while I am away. I am
wondering what remedies do you find successful in helping for emergency to
unblock ears after this sort of situation, until I can assess this properly?
Just need something to consider
