Dear Jean,
Is there any significance of the old head injury to your case. Can you tell
us more about the clumsiness and falling + any other sx that might be
important to the case. I can understand how the Muriaticums have been useful
to her and I note that Kent lists Natrum Muriaticum under injuries of the
the head.
Hellebore is the "hell" remedy - everything is black, the lips, blood and
face appear dark, even the nostrils look sooty. Although they feel every
emotion strongly there usually is inattentive, dull, dismal, stupid and
gloomy countenance. Melancholy and envious seeing other happy, hate
consolation. There are some interesting physical sx and one would expect
these to match the case as well.
If you could give us some more info it would be helpful as well as
interesting.
Best wishes, Joy Lucas

Re: hellebore
To Joy Lucas The main remedy has been Platina 1M which has often
relieved her severe depression with thoughts of suicide .Magn Mur Kali
Mur Stramonium used at times when indicated and have seemed useful.
Feeling of depression more frequent Platina no longer helping, the falling,
old history of head injury {from marital violence] short period of
unconsciousness. The fact that clinched it for me was her envy of those who
she perceived not to have mental illness. Certainly what she is suffering is
hell ,picks at nails, drawn looking. She aggravated after 2nd dose but
hopefully calming now. I have not had desperate phone call for 2 days. I
think I will advise if she really must repeat to do so in 30c potency.

Dear Jean - an interesting case and thank you for sharing it with us. If
this is a true and proper aggravation it is very important that you
carefully consider when and if at all to repeat the remedy. Had you
considered the use of LM's in this case? Thanks again, Joy Lucas
