dear friends, after giving carcinosin 1m,my 10 yrs autistic child started skin picking (more on chest and hands)compulsively and making monotonous sounds. now any body can suggest me how to understand this reaction. thank you.

Since this doesn't seem to be a symptom of carcinosin, you need to look for a remedy that has 'picking' in the symptom picture. Carcinosin has cleared some of the terrain and you are now seeing a sx to prescribe on. This is one explanation for the new symptom.
