Pressing outward headache from the whole brain PRECEEDED by the sensation that
noise has become louder. There is no sensitivity to sound once the headache
starts. If he sits still and tries to relax his brain the pain disappears in a
few minutes. But he knows it is coming when all the sounds seem louder.

It has gotten colder here lately..like 20 degrees colder in a short time.
Could this have something to do with barometric pressure...his ears pop..he
hears better but it sounds louder and then blood rushes to his brain? Aconite?
