Has anyone any idea if DEB 96 denatured alcohol is suitable for making up remedies with or if it is toxic?

Denatured alcohol is ethanol (ethyl alcohol) that has been made unfit for human consumption by adding a chemical (methanol) to it.
DEB-96, -100 (DENATURED ETHANOL B) now called TSDA
Ethanol formulated with 0.1% tert-Butyl Alcohol
