soft drink question

Post by D C Rona »

An individual says he CRAVES soft drinks. The preferred ones are ginger ale and Dr Pepper, but will easily substitute lemon squeezed into carbonated water. NOTE: no 'diet' sodas involved in this case. When asked for details he says he loves the taste, the refreshing sensation in the mouth, and the sense of settling the stomach. Does not seem to crave sugary drinks in any other form – in fact – comments that other sugared beverages seem heavy and sickening sweet. Do we have any rubrics that embrace a craving for carbonated beverages other than
Generals – Food and Drinks – carbonated drinks – desire
Generals – Food and Drinks – soda water – desire
Generals – Food and Drinks – soda pop drinks – desire

Note: his stomach symptoms have already been repertorized separately.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
