Here is Guaj. in NASH MM. (EXPANDED WORK OF NASH). Surprisingly it is only 4 sentences. Here it is:

COUGH WITH EXPECTORATION OF FOETID PUS.
SENSATION OF PROTRUDING AND SWELLING OF EYES; THE LIDS SEEMS TOO SHORT TO COVER THEM.
COUGH.
EXTREMLY OFFENSIVE EXPECTORATION INPHTISIS.

The result: 1_ It is one of useful remedy in phtisis. 2_ Lids seems too short. This symptom is a charachteristic one. So we can find sensation of shortness of muscles in any muscle not only in Hamstring.
