Dear Feras - Murphy/Clarke = enlarged liver and spleen with fever,
undigested stool, albuminaria, simple and pernicious anaemia. Skin dry,
eczema and psoriasis. Disinclination to work, even to leave his bed.
Constipation and diarhoea of undigested matter and mucous. No thirst.
Intense heat and prolonged burning of the body. Emaciated and debility.
Odd mix - Ferrum so weak with anaemia and Ars so restless - both duty bound
to do well, both driven by compulsions - Ferrum because they have often been
badly hurt in the past and they are afraid to go there again so try really
hard and get burnt out . Arsenicum because they feel threatened by the
disorder around them. Also, Ars. is very weak and defenceless (part of the
threat), and mistrusting of people but needs them so much.
