Sounds like oxygen starvation. I Suspect it may be caused by carbon Monoxide poisoning. Have her Blood OX levels checked. The tester is a simple LED light clamp placed over the finger and a digital readout displays the saturated oxygen in the blood. MSM and vitamin B3 should be beneficial.
