How do you tell that to animals and babies who get better after an individualised homeopathic prescription?

Were the animals and babies that were given a homeopathic remedy in their water fooled when they got better?

The famous BBC 2 QED programme from early 90's showed the effect perfectly well.
Come on Ernst - it is stirring you in the face! It reminds me of the 'scientist' who held that the Earth was flat and or despite seeing birds fly every day said anything heavier than air could not fly! Now of course they fly in the modern aircraft and enjoy the process!
