Why, oh why does this "discussion" (and others of the same ilk) occur every few months among the same people, and continues to be borderline nasty, if not down right nasty ?? This rehash is fairly civilized compared to some in the past, but come on-haven't we been here done that and got a tee shirt ! I used to learn a lot from the discussions on Minutus, now all I haved learned in months is where my delete button is. Sad state of affairs.
BTW did it occur to anyone else Pongo might be like our last friend Anna, who JW tried to teach about homeopathy (in vain as I recall). We have lost some really fabulous people from this list due to all the "discussions" and Joy please don't tell me it is to educate the students that you drag all of this out again and again. You don't think Shannon or Joe are the homeopaths they aught to be (according to your rules), fine don't see them for treatment. But don't put down them or their practices, it's so unprofessional

Re: aggravations Please stop !!
Couldn't agree more! There was a worthwhile discussion here but who wants to plough through the same old digs and insults when everything that has to be said has already been said (repeatedly)? There are worse things than letting someone else have the last word if it is that important to them.

Re: aggravations Please stop !!
Not for the first time Sue are your vitriolic comments ironic in the sense that they are equal to that to which you are complaining about. So yes, please stop complaining !!
It matters not that we have discussed these separate issues before (aggravations and isopathy) they are part of a grander topic that will always remain essential to our grounding in Hahnemannian homeopathy, (or have you failed to understand what the discourse is about), and to call it a rehash seems facile. Pongo brought this discussion because she is in need to learn about it and I hope your request to 'please stop' doesn't deter her.
It also doesn't matter who practices allopathy, isopathy, herbalism, hypnotherapy or anything else but what does matter is when, in this instance, isopathic practitioners fail to understand that the 2 practices are not the same but that they try to fuse them together, as if to use the fundamentals of homeopathy to make good their use of isopathy without understanding how nosodes are used in homeopathy - there have been glaring mistakes made about that and for some us it is imperative to show and explain that - the more it happens the more it will continue, and I would add also that the moderator and the owner of this list wished for this discourse to occur on isopathy so that people can learn about the mistakes being made.
The fact there are so many people who work against the founders methods means (again ironic when it appears on a list that is for Hahnemannian homeopathy) that we have to have these discussions - if all you can ever see is 'nastiness' then that is for you to deal with in your own way but if you want to complain about people's behaviour then moan to the moderator. Shame you cannot offer anything more worthy on what is a very important and fundamental topic.

I think so...
It is just moaning.I don't like this kind of person. If you don't like this type of discussion, what kind of discussion you are hoping for?! I think you need some kind of remedy. Let's see... I can't think of isopathy remedy because I don't have that idea. Maybe your group of people can prescribe for you!

I don't know who is Anna but I agree with Joy more. I don't want to lose her from this discussion group. This is classical homeopathy right? or something else?
