Also wondering about these:

She says she feels congested, and describes that as:

"Feels like everything is just congested. I feel thick, inside and out. ... Head feels kind of pressure and fullness. Like this experience of too much fullness in some way, so I don't want to eat."
Head, fullness?

Or what about Head, congestion, hyperemia?

Would appreciate thoughts,
