homeopathic practice in Germany

I have a colleague with a degree in homeopathy and SOH registration from the UK who is re-locating to Germany. She is trying to discover what she needs to do to practise there and be insured. Do you have to retrain as a heilpraktiker on any level, even if you have a degree?
