yellowing of teeth

Hi all

My friend's child teeth starting turning yellow after she started him on some supplements (he is an autistic child).
below is her email :
"My son's teeth especially the upper incisors are all yellowish stained, as if like heavy smoker's. Initially I thought it's.due to the juice that he' having every day. Now I realized it's due to the supplements that he's taking."

Any clue if this is a reflection or symptom of some underlying health problem?

Here's more details fr. the parent :

"My son is on mainly Kirkman's supplements,eg super Nu-Thera, Magnesium, Zinc, Calcium, probio etc. Besides those, he is taking enzymes too, the popular ones like Trienza, Candidadse, Virastop etc.

I believe it's the zinc, mg & SNT that caused this as we open up capsules and pour out contents to his drinks, where he will drink from cup that maximise exposure of the powder with his teeth. ,
This is only my guess. I certainly want to find out more if there is other unknown that can result to this."
