your mail makes me angry. I am a publisher of homeopathy books myself, even not Sobotta, but still trying to make books available at reasonable prices.

To be able to do this the authors, the editors, the graphics, the printers and many more have to be paid. Me and them also have to live from this work. Otherwise books cannot and will not be made and I publishers will simply have to give up their activities.
Apart from the fact that your offer is a clear copyright infringement and exhibits, if its not naivity or stupidity, quite some criminal energy, you should be aware that offers like yours towards a public community, will sooner or later kill any book issuing.
Or who do you think will make all the efforts to write, prepare, work out and publish books which implies very high costs in advance, if people like you just go there, scan the book and kind of in a proudly or showing-off way give this books away for free? Or maybe you even try to charge something? That would be even more criminal as you own no rights in this book, I suppose. Or do you?
I don’t know where you come from, but I know in some parts of the world like India or China copyright is not much respected. If this is the general attitude of the future that books must cost nothing and can be given away to others just by scanning and copying them, there will be only one result finally:
NO NEW BOOKS MADE ANYMORE!!!
And what do you scan then?
Apart from this, take care that you are not being charged for what you do one day. Your offer is not only illegal, it is also silly.
