Cerebral Palsey

Post by Colleen »

A little baby was born without oxygen for 15 minutes. She has brain damage and has been recently diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy.
Has anyone ever taken care of a CP patient with results?
Is there a way for damaged brain cells to renew or dead ones to learn
new pathways? Is there any recovery from CP? I feel it can be done but would love some feed back on this.
thanks Colleen

did a case yrs ago with a baby dx with cp and mental retardation. did arnia for trauma at birth, and then
opium. there was a lot of numbness in the case. it worked terrifically well. the baby began to move around,
talk, walk. i began when he was 10 months and saw him till he was about 2+. did he really have cp? don't
know. but he was very unresponsiive and very passive to most stimuli. and there was lots of trauma from
birth onwards till he was taken in as a foster child. had been in hospital for almost 2 months without much
interaction with people, etc. and lots of drugs being given to him.

I was treating a CP child age 10 for a while until parents in their misguided wisdom went for the botulism treatment!! When he was treated by homeopathy his confidence came up 100% and his physio said that his limbs were very much more receptive to the physiotherapy he was getting. The lad was walking and running in his own manner and after the Botulism he fell to the ground and was crawling to get around. A backward step in my opinion. I lost touch with them after that.

Jean, what rep is this from? Sorry I'm asking this so repeatedly, but I do like to save added info, and do not like to to it without any source. And we really should be citing the source whenever we post quotes anyway...

Thanks!
Shannon
