Aha!!! I have just looked up the word the patient gave me Cleidocranial dysostosis . It is an abnormal gene he has and explains all the operations he has had - probably his misshapen face and the extra set of teeth!!!!

It was a new one to me!! (This was nothing to do with his presenting complaint - IBS and text book Aloes !! - Hope it works)
