Yes I realise and know that but it still comes down to symptoms, individualised, using similars, and there is no reason why homeopathy cannot cure it as with any so called auto immune disease.

I fully understand the process..... but you asked below if it had to be
Hashimotos that I was inquiring about, as you said you'd treated a lot
of hypothyroid cases according to symptoms, but what I'm specifically
inquiring about is if anyone had successfully treated the auto-immune
type case of Hashimotos. It's significantly different and much more
involved than just hypothyroid.
If you haven't worked with this, that's fine.... I just thought in the
vast amount of wonderful homeopaths, that possibly someone had worked
with such, or knew of published studies or papers that were specific to
this type of situation.
