Homeopathy - video- how long to become a successful practitioner?

I just received notice of these videos in the blurb (below) by Grant Bentley. Note that there are 3 new videos up on the web. You can tell from them that he is really into the theory of homeopathy. Please note that his method and what he teaches is concrete and practical. It is a method for clinicians not for armchair theorists. Nevertheless, the videos are somewhat theoretically slanted, so I hope those of you who are interested in improving your practice can see the practical application.
When you talk to him, he tells you the philosophy behind practice, but there is so much to his thought. If he can't answer you off the cuff, he gets back to you or discusses the question. You have to really mull over his answers, check the literature and ask more questions. You practice his method and as you do it and begin seeing the results, you begin asking questions which he answered before you were asking the questions. I have only a little experience talking with Grant, but that's the way it went.

MY WISH FOR THE NEXT VIDEO: An explanation of the nuts and bolts of how you use facial features. What you do, step by step. Why, yes, but also what.
If you read the books, especially Appearance and Circumstances and the companion Facial Feature description manual, you will quickly see they are so straightforward. Appearance and Circumstances will clear the theoretical air about miasms too. In those books, you will see how straightforward Grant really is.

I would like a video that is a preview to the concreteness of Homeopathic Facial Analysis (HFA).

Note: a video is hard to mull over because unless you choose to pause, it just keeps going. Do pause.
After presenting my wish, you may think I was not happy with these videos below. I am and I hope you will watch them with a finger on the pause button Especially, I loved the snowball image. The snow is wisdom and life experience. What is inside is so minute. The snow is the symptoms that we work with. We don't try to figure out what is inside. This was true for Hanhemann too, (footnote to aphorism 3 "the physician's calling is not to spin so-called systems from empty conceits and hypotheses concerning the inner wesen of the life process and the origins of disease in the invisible interior of the organism" Facial Features are a kind of symptom, and they are sitting before your eyes in plain sight.
I can hardly wait for the on-line course.
