Px has recently experienced strong reactions to insect/mosquito bites - initially red, then a vesicle develops over one or two bites, growing larger and filling with transparent fluid. The skin in the area turns a copper/orange colour (haven't seen - reported by phone). It takes a long time for the vesicle to burst, and in some cases the skin doesn't heal, remains coppery. This happens more to bites on the legs, although she has had some on the arms as well. She's checked for bugs in her sleeping area and hasn't found. Some of the bites heal perfectly after the initial irritation. Site of bites isn't hot or cold, initial slight swelling and redness before blister develops.
No other changes reported in physical or emotional health, although I have been treating this px for a while and feel that something is going on beneath the surface (apparently literally).
i asked about vaccinations - turns out that in her teens she developed a lot of small dark warts in the neck area. This was treated (?) by repeated smallpox vaccinations until the warts disappeared. This was around 40 years ago. My feeling is that there is a connection.
Any ideas?

i do not have any suggestions right now, but what the heck was the rationale
for repeated smallpox vaccinations? is that crazed or not!

so weird, she was a teenager at the time and didn't question the treatment, the warts went so everyone was happy...

I reckon for real cure to take place you'd be wanting to get a wart or two back
Probably add in 'suppression' as part of the case - other than that repping coppery coloured eruptions is easy enough in as mch a smallish rubric to carefull study rx.

I don't know where you live, Vera, but I have seen this kind of reaction in a friend in France, many years ago. She used to dread going to visit her in-laws in the south-west French countryside (so fairly warm by European standards) as she was always bitten by something - and the result was these huge weals, very much as you describe, coppery coloured, which filled with plasma and took ages to heal. The marks stayed with her for months (this is common with some metabolic types, apparently).
The French doctors told her it was some kind of nasty insect, and that she was particularly sensitive to their bites because she had such sensitive skin (she was a typical English rose, with dark hair and creamy complexion - didn't tan easily)
