Hi Chris,

Thank you. Yes it was a valid question. But in lieu of a definitive answer there was a lot of tangential speculation which may or may not have been considered "fact" by readers.

I didn' t mean to offend anyone by the "end the rumours" subject line. Sorry if I did.
