By the term "SIMPLE single remedies", which too I've been unable to find in the the aphorism under discussion, did you mean single, simple substance?
You refer "in a materialistic sense" to this phrase as restricting itself to elements. Since what is under discussion is not Sheilagh's doctrine but Hahnemann's meaning by "one single, simple medicinal substance", could you please (1) explain the relevance of your phrase "SIMPLE single remedies" to Hahnemann's definition of "single, simple medicinal substance", which he clearly instantiates in the footnote should be considered to include elements, compounds, and whole plants, and (2) explain what relevance your inclusion of chemical mixtures and your exclusion of chemical compounds from the meaning of your phrase "SIMPLE single remedies" has to Hahnemann's clearly explained term "single, simple medicinal substance"?
