I had 7 hours to spare at Athens's airport today and decided to go and view the Apocrolis . I managed to trip over a large boulder and bang my nose on the ground which sputed blood from my nose !!! It took ten mins of holding the top of my nose to stopped the heavy bleeding!! Took a load of Arnica 30 which I had on me and nose is not too swollen. However a couple of hours later my right arm became stiff and I realised I could straighten or get food to my mouth!! Managed to get on the plane and have just returned from our local emergency at the hospital where I was told after an X ray that I have small fracture at the elbow. I refused a 90degree plaster cast and have a sling and have been told it will take 4-6weeks to heal!!
Question - what potency symphytum do you lot suggest and how often. I usually give a 6 3x a day for a break but am thinking 200 for me!!! Will take a 200 Arnica tonight and will star on symphytum tomorrow after your words of wisdom.
Can't believe am not going to be able to drive or go to the gym for a while!!!! Naturally I am right handed and I hope I will be able to take patients notes somehow on Monday!!
BTW I really enjoyed the seminar!!! Fabulous location with people all over the world.

It hurts to read this but if you are sure you need Symphytum (what about other rx) because the Arnica might well be enough, you need to select a potency that fits the demand of the situation. The fact that you are already suggesting a 200 for yourself = you've answered your own question probably.

Hi Rochelle,
maybe you should look at other areas. maybe your neck was injured from the force of the fall, so you have a pinched nerve. Think of remedies such as Aconite etc. if there is shock etc.

I would use 200C aqueous as needed - using pai/discomfort as a huide
to frequency needed.
Also tissue salt Calc phos.
This healed my broken wrist enough so I was knitting with cast on in
3 days and healed in 3 weeks, (Broken in 3 places, radius and two
wrist bones)

I have no other injuries thank you. No shock thanks to the Arnica I took at the time. It is just aching a lot today and I have just taken a sip of Symphytum 200 in water.

i have used this combo of rx for broken bones several
times with excellent results. did a man with very
compromised immune system (aids and alcoholic). his
md was surprised at the healing after 1 week.
cat with broken pelvis was running across the lawn after
8 days of similar tx. vet said to leave him very quiet
for couple of months!
