If they feel confident in Cuba's results, they should go ahead and try
it--but they should not call it homeopathy. (Which IMO would be like
refusing to call nuclear physics "physics"...)

One question - to you and all others:

Should countries that have the same problem as Cuba (as reported by
Didi Ananda's posts and available at her website) take over the
prophylaxis program on the strength of its positive results in Cuba or
should they refrain because the substance was not proved?
