why calc carb given after sulph n not after lycopodium???

Hi thr,
Can anebody help me out for this question that what is the exact reason for administration of calcarea carb after sulphur n not after lycopodium.. ...similarly, lycopodium after calcarea carb n not after sulphur directly.
is there any miasmatic relation or sumthing else.....plz help me know this.
