flatulence in jaw

I have a patient in at the moment who is obviously Candida and if she eats wheat gets excruciating pain which starts in the jaw and goes down the back to waist kevel and back up. It feels like incarcerated wind. I can only find rubrics for incarcerated wind in the stomach. Can anyone help re rubric or clinical experience of a remedy.

Perhaps the direction of pain might help - there is 'face, pain, jaws, extending in all directions' (not quite right though), or 'jaw, pain, extending downward'.

There is 'head, pain, with flatulence' - Sepia is there and has pains descending down the back and Sepia also has upward pains as well, does have an affinity with candida as well.
I gave Borax in a case where the thrush was in the mouth and the teeth were also sensitive, shooting pains is what Borax has.

Thanks Joy,
I gave her Lycopodium as a best fittum!! Her main problems are acid indigestion from wheat based food. She is a teacher and has many Lyco symptoms. She also gets palpitations from eating complex carbs and eating late at night and then going to bed. The painful trapped wind in jaw can last for an hour. She has thrush (leucorrhoea) - itching but no smell and white and athletes foot.
Sepia did come up well in my rep but mental and emotionally she is not sepia - not menstrual problems , no sepia issues.
I have given her a Candida diet to follow for a month + the usual advice to take acidophilus , bio yoghurt, citricidal etc.

Don't forget Carbo veg then - has the leucorrhea white,itchy, all those digestive problems, palpitations < eating, and so closely allied to Lyc.

She used Carbo Veg last week when she had the flatulence in the stomach and it worked instantly. However as a constitutional this is not correct for her. She hasn't tried it for the jaw pain. I also noted that it was allied to Lyco!!

any mercury amalgam fillings? having those removed helped reduce candida years ago and I had about 16 teeth with them.

Would be interesting to hear if she has many mercury fillings. It took me about 3 months to take them all out as you can make yourself worse if not done properly.

My dentist's attitude is that you can do more harm than good having them removed. He says as long as they are stable and not causing problems to leave them be. If they are causing problems you need to find a specialist in removing them as it needs to be done with great care.
