That has been the whole point of this debate. Patients will do what they
will do. We work on what they present without judgement.
Birth control is no different. Different strokes, you know. It is not for
us to judge. Even if I make a suggestion to a patient, that is all it is--a
thought shared, an option possibly not thought of --if it is in line with
where the patient's thinking is."
Hi Tanya,
I have a different perspective on this. Just as I would advise a person
that steroids would probably interfere with homeopathic treatment, I would
advise about birth control pills. I have one client who has been very
gradually improving over the past year, but made a huge sudden leap forward
in her healing when she went off the pill.
Otherwise I agree that each person, male or female, needs to figure out the
best route for contaception.
Blessings,
Charlotte

Dear Sara,
Thanks for the enlightenment. Yuck! I guess I've gotten too comfortable
with plastic bottles. I'm going to get a blue glass liter water bottle, and
have some color therapy at the same time!

Dear Charlotte,
I do agree with you. I was coming from another perspective and concern. Obviously, if a patient was doing something harmful to themselves that was interferring with homeopathic treatment, I would discuss it with them. But in my post, I was speaking from the point of trying not to put our biases onto patients.
