anorexia PS

I don't know if this is *technically* anorexia, since its origin seems
to be physical (following on back injury?) and there does not seem to
be any distortion of body image, nor desire to keep starving herself;
it's just that she's not able to digest enough to maintain health and
weight (expensive, exotic "health foods", mostly non-gluten whole
grains and veggies, some chicken and fish if tolerating; kefir;
recently added raw egg and cream drink). She had previously had very
severe reflux (with damage to the esophagus), which is probably what
started the under-eating, tho that's better now.
