Please, help me with a thyroiditis autoimmune treatment in a
woman, 49 years old, with hipothyroidism, hypertension. The illness
appears after a emocional shock with her husband (unfaithful), 6 years
ago.( she forgived him). She has a lot of generational problems with
her daughter that finish with her nervius.She is fearful of thieves,
night and storms,introvert, impatient and irritable.She don´t tolerate
well the sun and startle at any noice. Loves the animals, the sea, the
plants, the nature all.She likes,chocolate, ice cream, fruits,not hot
drinks. She don´t tolerate de warm weather,prefers de cool weather.She
is self confident and perfectionist.She likes de order but her things
are a mess.She don´t forget de past but loses de memory of things of the
day. Her mother is asmathic and her father died for a prostate cancer
.She was operated of the tonsils when was 7 years old.Thanks very much.

would like to know the following:-
You say she doesn't like the sun or warm weather - unusual for hypothyroid -
they are usually feeling the cold a lot as opposed to an overactive thyroid
which makes them feel much hotter. You do mean hypo and not hyper?
Can you describe her build and her appearance.
You say she likes order but her things are a mess - can you say more and
clarify this.
What are the problems with her duaghter?
What is the relationship like with her husband now?
More information about her menstrual cycle and her slepp patterns please.

It´s strange but she is hypo. ( The last blood test shows: T3 free in pg/mL 2.60; T4 free in ng/dL 0.85; T.S.H in U/L 5,47). She lives with hot ( it maybe the menopause). The sun always has caused her something like urticaria.She feels well in spring and autumm but she is not sensitive to cold. She don´t like hot drinks and she baths with cool water in summer and in winter.
Her height: 1,56 metros.
Her weight: 64 kg.
Her build: medium
Her body: the chest is biggest than the hips.
Her appearance: She is a smart person. Her brown hair is thin and not abundant. Has a pallid skin.Her eyes are brown.She has an edema in the superior eyelid (interior angle).
She likes the order but don´t like to do houseworks. She has a women than help her but she has not will to do them .She works out of the house 8 hours as Notary.
Her first husband died (cancer) when they were two years married. Her daughter was very little and don´t remember her father and remains very united to her mother till she married again , some years later ( she was 11 years old).Since then, she became jealous, rebellious, provoking conflicts in the couple.With this actitud her daughter gets whatever she wants: separates her mother from her husband in many times.The time passed and the daughter actitude sometimes improved and sometimes got worse. Actually, her daughter (24 years old) don´t speaks to her mother´s husband and the live all together is very difficult.
With this panorama it is not strange that the matrimony had entered in a crisis .The couple overcame the crisis caused for her husband infidelity (1996) and actually is all right between themselves but the life in her house is very difficult because her daughter don´t speaks with her husband.
She always is in the middle receiving the slap in the face.
She always laugh but she is sad. She has only one friend.
In relation to her menstrual cicle: she is entering the menopause.Some months menstruates, some months not.When she menstruate, her menes are brief and poor.The blood is normal in color, odor, coagulated blood. She feels hot flushes in her head and face.
She sometimes sleeps well, sometimes has insomnia. Any noise awake her. She sleeps lying to left side or on back with a hand over the head.
She has high blood pressure ( 15/10) with headache.
She is constipated.She has loss the libido.
Recently, she began with stomach acidity and her hair is falling too.
She don´t hear well the voices.
In addition to all this she has a bad relationship with her mother that prefers her sister, feeling that her mother couldn ´t hide. Her father died (prostata cancer) in 1997.
