I have read good things about the use of Bioplasma in maintaining overall health. I am curious about an optimal dosage for this purpose. I would appreciate hearing any advice or experience with cell salts that members of this group may have. Thanks in advance.

I tried it myself for a day or 2 and it worsened all sorts of symptoms so I stopped it immediately!!! I think I dissolved a couple of the tablets in water and took 3 sips a day!!

For me it was wonderfully helpful on several occasions--I took it the
same way (dissolving in quite a bit of water, such that one jarful was
enough for several days). Rochelle--presumably you were proving
something? Any sense of what happened?

My cousin's family (long line of homeopaths over many generations) is
always healthy and when asked how,
her answer was:
Everyone takes one tablet of One tissue salt daily. Every week they
change to a new tissue salt, so cycling the twelve every 12 weeks.
And sure enough there is a bottle of a tissue salt on the dining room
table.

Hi,
Nat. Mur in 30 mostly aggravates, but Kali Mur 30 works good. Same is with Calc. Fl which works better in 30 than in 6X or 12X potencies. Ferr Phos 6x mostly aggravated, was better in 30 single dose. Don't know about Sil X potencies...never prescribed in X range. For Mag Ph. have given as high as 200 for neuralgias with excellent results.
