Cavities, toothcare, and Homeopathy

What are some thoughts on how to combat cavities in a child? My son
(who's autistic) is treated through a qualified homeopath and has made
amazing strides, but I would like to know all opinions on what to do
dentistry-wise with him. He has possibly two small cavities on his
lower molars, but has otherwise good dental care and nice teeth. Are
there herbs/supplements and/or homeopathy that could be recommended?
I don't really want to put any type of filling in his mouth, yet I
don't want his teeth to worsen.

Usually with homeopathic treatment, all parts of the organism are strengthened and put into balance, so if the remedies he is receiving are helping him generally, the teeth would naturally be helped also.
However, Calc Phos in cell salt form (6x) can be used to strengthen and re-mineralize the teeth as can Calc Fluor--whichever seems to fit the picture better.

fluor the homeopathic remedy? No to all anyway He is nearly 7
