9 dilutions cups... wow!
From what you've written, I'd concur..

First thing, try only succussing the remedy bottle once; also try NOT
stirring into dilution cup(s) for more than a second or two.
Sounds as you surmise; like she's getting aggravation from over-dosing.

The remedy is working well, but is being repeated to often.
Sounds like a case where placebo might be well indicated, unless reducing
the sucusssing/stirring avails.
