another voice loss- update

I found out from another patient , a colleague, that the Caustium I gave the patient worked and she was back at work and had her voice back the following day!!! Nice of her to tell me!!! I think I have a group of patients who presume that homeopathy works everytime!!!!
Incidentally I told the first person who still hadn't got her voice completely back that I had prescribed Causticum for the patient above and she took some and her voice was much better the following day!!! So maybe Causticum is the Genus E. for this bug.
