Fear of Lizard.

Patient aged about 38 years came for infertility. But her
mental symptom is fear particularly for lizard no other
animal.
1)Involumtary urination < Vomiting.
2) Leucorrhoea white since her childhood. < Before menses.
3) Premenstrual tension.
4) Fear of trifles.
5) Eczematous eruptions on joints peridical appearence. Yearly
once. < Summer.
6) Very fastidious, fear of infection.
7) Headache < Headbath.
8) Frequent urging of stool before menses.
9) Intolerence to wheat, prawn, chillies.
10)Likes fried rice.
11) Dislikes dry fish.
