Hello everyone!

Is this possible? If not why not? Isn't it the law that the initial
purchaser of any copyrighted/electronic device/software able to give
or sell this item at least once?

Please let me know if anyone has RADAR they'd like to sell. An older
version is just fine; but would love to have comprehensive EH.
