Journals - was - does this ring any bells?

Funny you should bring up the topic of log/diary/journal just now. I
am about 2 weeks away from publishing a series of journals. In my
practice, the use of a log/diary/journal is very important. Too
often I would spend too much time helping someone start a journal,
only to find they would leave out something important, so I finally
gave up and created one. They became popular, and the next step
seemed to be to publish. There will be an introductory small book on
Effective Health and Healing Journals, then one general purpose
journal (in 2 sizes) and one journal (in 2 sizes) for those with
digestive system problems. Each is a 2 month journal with some forms
(to keep things consistent) and plenty of room for notes.

I like the idea of a detailed log. She keeps a dream diary for me.
having her keep a detailed log for a few months might point up
patterns, either in timing, diet, or other life factors?
