No you have it right - I believe Bill was confused on this point.
You do NOT want to oxidize your cells, you want to INCREASE the oxygen by
using a lot of ANTi-oxidants. So avoid omega-6 oils and use Omega-3 and
Vitamin E acetate. (The acetate form works best against cancer). Then what
happens is the cabncer cells tend to take in antioxidants, including Vit
E, way faster than normal cells and it is toxic to them - they die.

So avoid anything inflammatory as that gives cancer a field day and take
everything anti-inflammatory:
Good quality meat, fish, egg protein, trimming off the fat and replacing
with Extra virgin olive oil (for the strong antioxidants and omega-9),
skip everything starchy or sugary, but increase all other foods high in
anti-oxidants. Avoid all seed oils, take fish oil supplements, turneric
supplements and or eat lots of curries (cancer can't grow in presence of
turmeric/curcumin).



Agree - not trivial and most relevant. But seed oils DO oxidize and that's
NOT what you want.
