[homeopathystudy] remember the groin pain?

The patient is 64ish and there are no different details than those I have given already. The lump has been there for a few months and is painless and the size of a marble and she has to delve to find it.The pain is in the groin and shoots upwards towards the hip but only when she moves in a certain way . It feels as if a muscle is twisting and a sensation that it is bulging outwards.
