endometeriosis - help

Hi All,

My sister-in-law suffers from endometriosis, chocolate cysts. Allopathy doctor suggested some medicine but they say laproscopic surgery is needed to remove chocolate cysts. Both ovaries also become bigger in size. She is having immense pain during mensturation period. Later they will give some more medicine to control chocolate cysts. We went to homeopath, but they also not given any guarantee to cure this chocolate cysts.

RETROVERTED RETROFLEXED UTERUS, BROAD FUNDUS, BICORNUATE, ENDOMETRIUM POLYPOID THICKENING, BOTH OVARIES REPLACED BY A MULTI LOCULATED CYSTS WITH INTERNAL ECHOES, MULTI SEPTATE, EXTENSIVE CHOCOLATE CYST. TO R/O EXTENSIVE ENDOMETRIOSIS.

We are so much worried on this problem, we don't find good solution. Anybody, please suggest classical homeopath in Chennai, India or anywhere else in India, who can efficiently cure this problem. Even after removal of Chocolate cysts(thru laproscopic surgery), we don't know how to stop further formation of cysts.
