Grain alcohol?Tanya

The State of Connecticut Liquor laws are the same throughout. The
only dry town in CT is Wilton Ct. I have never had a problem securing
small or large amounts.
ps As for the Vodka post, vodka is commonly used for rough tincture
making but does not afford the alcohol % to make 95% tinctures or 87%
dispensing strengths.
