The Neutral Point of View rules (search on NPOV in Wikipedia) state
that fringe points of view cant be posted EXCEPT in articles about
those points of view.
Presumably the Homeopathy article would be an article about the
homeopathy point of view.
That said, if you just go in and start making changes you will
get reverted. Contact the other editors that are "attached" to
that article and point out errors and fully document your points.
Then slowly make changes always fully documented.

Re: NPOV Sayonara to minutus, hello to wikipedia?
It would be fun to put in an article on "Homeopathic Treatment of
Influenza during the 1918 epidemic", or something similar from "our
history". Would be very interesting to see whether any of the history
"as we understand it" would / could be refuted?
